Arts New West is hosting a community art project!
We are inviting the community to join us in creating a Monochrome Exhibition.
What is monochrome?
A monochromatic artwork refers to a piece of art that primarily uses a single colour or hue, along with its various shades, tints, and tones.
For example, a monochromatic painting may be created using different shades of purple, ranging from the lightest pastel violet to the deepest plum.
Are you up for the challenge? Do you want to be a part of this fun project?
All mediums are welcome (painting, photography, sculpture, jewellery, glass, textiles, pottery and more!)
Join us on Sunday, February 25, 2:30pm to 4:30pm at the Gallery at Queen’s Park for an information session on the Arts New West Monochrome Community Art Project
