So you have heard of eBooks, but now there are also eReaders, and epubs – confused? Well, no longer – we have the workshop for you!
Debra Nelson*, Librarian at the New Westminster Public Library, will introduce you to eReading – what it is, current trends, some pros and cons of eReaders versus tablets as well as how you can borrow for free from the public library.
As reading on electronic devices becomes more and more popular, the options increase. Libraries now offer eBooks, eMagazines, eNewpapers and eAudiobooks which can be read on computers, eReaders, tablets, and smartphones.
