Based upon the history of album covers of the 21st Century, the art, the conjecture and the memorable moments – to provide artists of various media with an interesting art show format which references the historical idiom of “album art” allowing for creative and modern approaches to the subject.
We will launch an art gallery format show/programme of “FAKE” album covers painted, drawn, rendered digitally and explored by artists in any and all media which complies to suggested “album art band names and album titles” as gathered and provided as a launch to the creative community.
The “FAKE” album suggestions might be leading the artist to conclusions or ground the artist in past ideology and most certainly, give the artist participant a starting point to explore and to develop themes, issues and imagery; such as:
