Artists by the River is a one day Fine Art event hosted by the Arts Council of New Westminster. On Saturday, June 13 the boardwalk at Westminster Quay will be lined with an assortment of painters, sculptors, mixed media artists, pottery artists and more. Are you a fine artist?
