Brewhalla is coming to New Westminster for the first time this August! But the big question is who, what, where is Brewhalla?
Brewhalla is the first festival of it’s kind to come to New Westminster. This 19+ festival is more than just a tasting event with tiny beers. Brewhalla brings together local craft beverage vendors (beer, wine, cider, spirits, mead and zero proof options) with food trucks, lawn games, fun themes, best dressed contests, friendly competitions, a dance party and more!

More Than Drinks!
Live Music is an integral part of their festivals and over the last 8 years, they have showcased over 40+ local bands on their stages.
New Westminster’s music line up will include award winning, international event band, Side One, made up of Patrick Gavigan (vocals), Marlie Collins (vocals), Tristan Paxton (guitar), Cory Curtis (bass), Victor Noriega (keyboards) and Chris Hockey (drums), and New West up and coming rock band, Big Fuzz, made up of duo Fracis Henson (guitar, volcals) and Anthony Cenerini (drums).
Bring on the Theme
Brewhalla New Westminster’s theme has been announced as ‘Life On The River’, a nod to the Fraser River that runs south of the City.
The theme will be present throughout the festival site with games and activations incorporating water and a zone where guests can cool down from the Summer heat. Attendees are encouraged to join in on the fun by wearing outfits that match the theme with the prizes for the best dressed.
Outfit ideas include fisher, kayaker, river boat worker, mermaid, fish, scuba diver, pirate and bird watcher.
