Capture Photography Festival and Booooooom are excited to announce the curation of a public art installation which will be mounted at the Olympic Village Canada Line Station in Vancouver.
This is an international open call for photographers and artists making lens-based work.
The selected artist will be part of the 12th annual 2025 Capture Photography Festival which will take place from April 1–30, 2025.
The public art project will be on display from April–August 2025. The selected artist’s work will be featured in the 2025 Capture Catalogue and on the Capture and Booooooom websites. The artist will be paid a fee of approximately $750 CAD (the finalized artist fee will adhere to standard 2025 CARFAC fees for temporary public artworks in Canada).
