Emerging BIPOC Arts Leaders Lab hopes to ensure long term support for local emerging BIPOC arts leaders by providing a safe space with like-minded arts leaders to meet peers who are going through similar challenges in leading an organization.
This program aims to support a cohort of emerging BIPOC folks in leadership positions who may be struggling with their path in leadership and finding proper supportive systems in a colonial industry.
The Leaders Lab is a one-day intensive session for young emerging arts leaders (ages 19-30) to attend on September 28, 2024. The lab aims to provide mentorship and training to support emerging BIPOC arts leaders, directors, and community arts organizers in Vancouver.
