The Arts Council of New Westminster is pleased to announce that our Board of Directors have hired Stephen O’Shea as our new Executive Director. Stephen is a professional musician, an advocate for the arts, passionate, visionary and committed. We are thrilled with our choice and what he will bring to our organization. He is resident of New Westminster and lives here with his wife and young daughter.
