Monochrome Art Project: Orange

A four square grid featuring image submissions for this month's challenge. A painting of orange flowers, the quilted profile of a lion, a photograph of wine glasses and jewelry, and a multimedia image of goldfish swimming in an orange sea. The Arts New West logo is featured.

Here are the results of our first Monochrome Art Project, Instagram Challenge!

We invited the community to join us on a monochrome adventure. Each month participants are given a new colour challenge. May was Orange!

What is monochrome?
A monochromatic artwork refers to a piece of art that primarily uses a single colour or hue, along with its various shades, tints, and tones.

For example, a monochromatic painting may be created using different shades of purple, ranging from the lightest pastel violet to the deepest plum.
