Zelko Krakan is a classically trained musician who performed music on four Continents. Before moving to Vancouver, Canada, he was a member of the Sarajevo Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Strings Orchestra, with whom he toured Europe extensively. In Vancouver, Zelko started Allegra Trio, together they released two CD’s named “East-West Journey” and “Because we like it”. As a Solo Artist, he toured Canada and the USA, playing Pop and Folk Music. In recent years, Zelko started exploring Sevdah, better known as Bosnian Blues, a traditional style of music 500 years old. Captivating music with beautiful melodic lines loaded with emotions. His mission is to establish Sevdah as a recognizable brand on the world stage.
