EXHIBITION STATEMENT

The  Winter Solstice exhibition looks to embrace this magical season. The short days and long nights of Winter are imbued with moody ambiance and spiritual significance. It is a time for contemplation, but also for celebration. 

View this magical exhibition where local artists share their vision of this winter celebration, and what it means to them. The Winter Solstice exhibition will feature work from over 30 local artists, in various 2D and 3D mediums including photography, painting, ceramics and glass. 

Visit the gallery and celebrate the season through art.

SPECIAL EVENT

December 20th, 3:00 – 8:00pm: Winter Solstice in the Lodge! 

Celebrating the longest night of the year with music, art, storytelling and light. Explore the Winter Solstice exhibition on display in The Gallery at Queen’s Park and partake in free family-friendly, winter-themed rituals and activities in Centennial Lodge. Let’s celebrate this magical season. Presented by Arts New West. 

This is a free, all ages event.
