The Arts New West (ArtsNW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the visual, literary and performing arts. Our aim is to bring the community together through the Arts.
The Queen’s Park Summer Concert Series is a highlight of the summer season, offering live music performances in the picturesque setting of Queen’s Park. From the smooth sounds of jazz and R&B to the timeless tunes of classic rock, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Event Overview:
- Series will run Thursdays from 7pm-8pm and Sundays 2pm-4pm -June 20 to July 28
- Location: Queen’s Park Bandshell

Volunteer Opportunities:
- As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of each concert. Here are some of the roles you may be involved in:
- Event Setup: Assist with setting up chairs, tents, and signage before the concert begins.
- Guest Services: Welcome attendees, provide information about the event schedule and performers, and assist with any inquiries.
- Help with selling merchandise during the concert.
- Crowd Management: Ensure that the concert area remains safe and orderly, and assist with directing attendees to seating areas.
- Cleanup Crew: Assist with packing up equipment and cleaning the venue after the concert concludes.
